What a wonderful mouthful of flavours. Each of which just dance to the same tune in true harmony, giving delicious pleasure at the same time. Wonderful to eat and we just wanted more. The flavour combination works perfectly!

A spicy, umami blast. It has funk and a gorgeous savoury quality...Superb texture and complex, evolving flavours, this an excellent kimchi with so much to love about it.
