The range, which will launch under his River Cottage brand, comprises three flavours – Up Beet (Beetroot and Black Pepper), Golden Glow (Turmeric and Curry Spices) and Hugh’s Classic (White Cabbage and Carrot).
Perfect with salads, sandwiches and wraps adding delicious, delicately spiced flavours and a satisfying crunch!
Expertly crafted using the highest quality organic vegetables, herbs and spices, each variety offers a ‘wellness promise’, incorporating modern knowledge of fermented foods and health-enhancing, natural ingredients.
As you expect from us, the sauerkrauts are kept unpasteurised, meaning every jar is packed-full of gut-loving good bacteria to help support healthy digestion.
GOLDEN GLOW
A golden, fragrant sauerkraut fermented with a curry spice blend of turmeric, cumin, coriander and chilli.
UP BEET
A gorgeous ruby sauerkraut with red cabbage, robust earthy beetroot and gentle heat of black pepper.
HUGH'S CLASSIC
A traditional style sauerkraut with the satisfying crunch of carrots, celeriac and aromatic lift of whole caraway seeds.
They will roll into the River Cottage Kitchen & Store this November. Golden Glow will also hit shelves in selected Holland & Barrett stores from the 1st.
